The framework
- Reframing a problem: Show that you can change the level at which a product question is understood.
- Redesigning a workflow: Show that you can reshape work, not just improve a screen.
- Modeling system behavior: Show what the system should notice, decide, remember, reveal, and recover from.
- Showing tradeoffs: Show the judgment behind what you chose, refused, simplified, or delayed.
- Expressing a point of view: Show standards, taste, and direction that go beyond execution.
- Building a concept with real logic: Show enough working behavior, evaluated outcomes, critical-constraint checks, and regression evidence that the idea can be tested and discussed.
